STEPS TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

1. Reserve Your Pontoon

Place your $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.

To complete your booking, we require a valid ID and email address. Your email will be used to send all rental waivers and documents through DocuSign, and all your paperwork is signed electronically for your convenience.

If you need to cancel, you will be given a full rental credit for a future booking. If your canceled rental dates are rebooked by another renter, your deposit/payment will be refunded in full.

All reservations made in advance must be paid in full by May 1. Any reservations booked after May 1 must be paid in full at teh time of booking.

If payment has not been received, you will be contacted 48 hours prior to your rental date.

Please and read and sign your Boat Rental Waiver and Insurance forms before your reservation date.

4. Reservation Reminder

You will receive a reminder by email/text messages 24 hours before your reservation date.

5. Need Help? Give us a Call! If we miss your call, please leave a message. We typically respond within 5 minutes.
